1、 Product Introduction:
This instrument is a new type of multifunctional cantilever beam and simply supported beam integrated impact testing machine, which does not require dismantling fixtures and sample fixing frames. The cantilever beam and simply supported beam testing methods are automatically switched, easy to use, simple to operate, and have high testing accuracy. It is mainly used for the determination of impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard thermoplastic molding and extrusion materials, hard thermosetting molding materials, and fiber-reinforced thermosetting and thermoplastic composite materials.

Ø Integrated impact of cantilever beam and simply supported beam, without the need to disassemble fixtures and sample fixing frames
Ø High precision intelligent controller, equipped with LCD display, can intuitively and accurately read data Ø Domestic use of carbon fiber pendulum rod (applied for), improves material rigidity in the impact direction, and concentrates the impact mass on the center of mass of the pendulum, truly achieving vibration free impact testing and increasing service life.
Ø Adopting imported high-resolution digital encoders for higher and more stable angle testing accuracy
Ø Impact hammer and imported ball bearings that comply with aerodynamic principles reduce friction losses caused by machinery
